Webster defines ¡°community¡± as ¡°a place where people share a common interest.¡± We are just that. Real Life is community of High School students who share common love for knowing and discovering the person and power of Jesus Christ. Real Life is the student ministry of First Baptist Church of Aston PA.

Our ministry is comprised of teenagers just like you from all over the Delaware Valley area. We have students who attend public school,, we have those that attend private school, and we even have a few home schooled too. We are a unique mixture of people and personalities who all share a common goal, which is to walk as close with Christ as possible.

We meet together on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for praise and worship, and a Bible study that is relevant to the lives and situations that many teenagers find themselves in today. So if your looking for some answers to the problems that life may be throwing at you at this point in your life, or you would just like a cool place to hang out and meet some new friends, then we invite you to come be a part of a dynamic youth ministry, and in turn an effective church for reaching people with the message of Jesus Christ.

When we adopted the name ¡°Real Life¡± we wanted a name that had a unique meaning behind it. Something that we could all relate to and use as a way of sharing who we are, and what we are all about with our friends and family.
Let¡¯s face it, teenagers today are faced with some tough challenges, and some very difficult choices they need to make, day in and day out. Making those choices, and facing those challenges, is all part of a search that most teenagers are on, to discover what¡¯s REAL in this life, and what¡¯s not. That¡¯s where we come in. Real Life Student Ministries exists to help teenagers discover what REAL life is all about.

Jesus himself said it best when he said, ¡°I have come that they may have life, and have it to the fullest.¡± When Jesus spoke those words, he was implying that the reason He came to this earth, was to give his own life as a sacrifice, so we could experience REAL Life with Him. In other words, REAL LIFE is a life that includes a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and a desire to follow after Him with every step you take.

The things of this world will tell you different, but the God who created you, knows what¡¯s best for you. Real Life includes a desire to follow Jesus Christ. So that¡¯s our goal, to point teenagers in the direction of the cross, and share with them, the place where Real Life begins!
