Our Women¡¯s Ministry Seeks to:

Enlighten women as to who God is as they discover ways to know Him Lead women to Christ Nurture each individual woman as she discovers who she is in Christ Cultivate the spiritual life of each Christian woman Prepare today¡¯s Christian woman to make a difference in her home, her church, and the world Equip today¡¯s Christian woman to mobilize, evangelize, and strategize to reach other women with the Gospel of Jesus Christ

The theme of our Ladies Ministry this year is ¡°Women to Women: Making a Difference.¡± We all want our lives to count for something. We want to make a difference in the lives of those who are near and dear to us, as well as in the world that surrounds us. In case you are wondering if ordinary women like you and I can make a difference in our world today, the answer is ¡°YES!¡±

At First Baptist Church we have many opportunities to make a difference in the lives of others. One of our best, is being a part of our Ladies Ministry. Our ministry includes women of all ages, who enjoy getting together to do things like, study the Word of God, encouraging each other through prayer and discipleship, and of course going shopping!
Our Ladies Ministry meets every Thursday Morning at 10:00am, and every Sunday Evening at 6:00pm for our weekly Bible Studies. We also have regularly scheduled activities and trips, that we use as a time to enjoy each others¡¯ company , and to get to know each other even better. We invite you to come be a part of not only something that will excite you as you begin to know the Lord, but will encourage you as you as you grow in your walk with Him as well.
